Soldier's Request
My sister-in-law is an Army nurse stationed in Iraq. She's been there since January and has already read the recreation area's limited library. She knows that I'm involved with "book peopple" and emailed asking if I could make a request on behalf of her unit for books.
I'm eventually going to post something about this on my three blogs, but wondered if you fabulous group of people have some ideas for me. How should I go about requesting books? Should I run a contest to entice participation? I don't want to publish her name/address, I was thinking of having books sent to me & then sending them out myself..... Any thoughts are sooooo appreciated.
